  • Practice Director/Manager

    Job Description:  Oversee, administer and manage intellectual capital/knowledge center of company; handle the administration, organization, standardization and re-utilization of the intellectual capital of technical consultants from past and current projects; compose sale and marketing collateral; responsible for complete consulting services sales cycle for key accounts; account strategy formulation; direct pre-sales team to execute account plan; qualifies prospect leads and prepares and delivers presentations throughout development of each opportunity; involved in the strategy and planning phases of the projects in order to formulate detailed roadmaps for subsequent deployment phases/projects; oversee delivery of consultation services; and use MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, Adobe, and MS Visio.

    Minimum Requirements:  Bachelors degree in Engineering or Computer field, or its foreign educational equivalent, plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation such as Senior Consultant.  Candidate must have at least 1 year of related experience in the computer technology industry.

  • Software Engineer

    Job Description:  Under direction and close supervision of Project Manager, design and develop software systems using various hardware and software tools; consult clients to define software needs; analyze client’s software requirements and determine feasibility of software design; help to design and implement technology projects; design site and security architecture; code JSP, Java Scripting and Java Servelets; execute performance tuning, testing, and automization of client applications; perform backup/recovery using XML import and export options; and use Java, Java Script, PL/SQL, HTML, XML, Perl, Shell Script, C, and C++.

    Minimum Requirements:  Bachelors degree in Engineering or Computer field or its foreign educational equivalent, plus 12 months of experience in the job offered.  Candidate must have 6 months of experience using HTML, XML, and Perl.

  • Software Consultant

    Job Description:  Under direction and supervision of Project Manager, consult with clients to define their data processing and software application needs; help to analyze client’s software requirements and determine feasibility of application design changes within time and cost constraints; advise client in formulating applications using scientific analysis and mathematical models based on data collected from client; advise client on alternate methods to modify application to resolve client needs or to resolve problems as identified by the client; identify client’s standard operating procedures and assist in developing web applications for clients; design and develop software systems using various hardware and software tools; and use XML, XSL, VB Script, Java, SQL Server, and HTML/DHTML.

    Minimum Requirements:  Masters degree in Computers or Electronics field, or its foreign educational equivalent.

  • Software Engineer

    Job Description:  Under direction and close supervision of Project Manager, design and develop software systems using various hardware and software tools; consult clients to define software needs; analyze client’s software requirements and determine feasibility of software design; help to design and implement technology projects; design site and security architecture; code JSP, Java Scripting and Java Servelets; execute performance tuning, testing, and automization of client applications; perform backup/recovery using XML import and export options; and use Java, SQL Server, HTML, XSL, Perl, Shell Script, C, and C++.

     Minimum Requirements:  Bachelors degree in Engineering or Computer field or its foreign educational equivalent, plus 12 months of experience in the job offered or in the related occupation of Customer Support Engineer or Network Engineer.  The completion of multiple degree programs may be combined and evaluated to be the equivalent of a U.S. Bachelors degree.  Will also accept 3 years of post secondary education plus 3 years of experience in lieu of the required education and experience.  Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
